1ST ASKIN AWARDS

The Askin Awards is the first national design competition organised by TARIMATEC, created to discover and spotlight new design talent on a global scale. The aim is to promote innovative and sustainable proposals which, using products from the new ASKIN brand, transform the way we understand and inhabit space.

Under the theme “Articulate space, control light”, participants are invited to design self-supporting structures or elements capable of:

Fragmenting or distinguishing indoor or outdoor spaces.
Structuring spatial relationships in a functional and aesthetic way.
Creatively interacting with natural or artificial light.

( 1 ) COMPLETE THE FORM

Register your details using the form below. Once subscribed, you will receive an email confirming your registration and providing you with a subscription number. This number must be included when submitting your digital and physical project.

( 2 ) SHARE YOUR DESIGN ON INSTAGRAM

Follow TARIMATEC on Instagram @tarimatec and share a post of your design using the competition hashtag #askinawards. Make sure to tag @tarimatec in your post.

( 3 ) GATHER VOTES FOR YOUR DESIGN

The top 20 submitted designs will be announced on 5 February. These finalists will be featured on our website, where a public voting phase will begin.

( 4 ) SEND US YOUR PHYSICAL MODEL*

You must submit a physical model of your design to the TARIMATEC headquarters. Models may be sent by courier or delivered in person by 31 December 2025.

*Shipping costs will be borne by the participant.

COMPETITION RULES

1º GOLD

A collaboration agreement for Product Development and publication in the specialist magazine Diseño Interior with national exposure.

2º SILVER

A collaboration agreement for Product Development valued at €3,000, plus publication in a specialist magazine with national exposure.

3º BRONZE

There will be three winners, with each receiving a special mention.
