1.1. Applicable legislation

Our privacy policy has been drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights. By providing your data, you declare that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy, giving your clear and explicit consent for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the purposes and terms outlined herein. The company may amend this Privacy Policy to bring it in line with changes in legislation, case law or guidance issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. This Privacy Policy may be supplemented by the Legal Notice, Cookie Policy and any applicable General Terms and Conditions relating to specific products or services, where applicable.

2. Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The data we collect through our forms falls into the following categories:

  • Identification data – Name, surname(s) and, in some cases, the requester’s job title or company.

  • Project-related data – Information about the type of project for which a quote or advice is being requested.

We do not collect financial, medical or employment data through our forms. All subsequent order management is handled directly by our sales team via email.

As part of our commitment to ensuring the security and confidentiality of your personal data, we inform you that appropriate technical and organisational measures have been implemented to protect personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which it is exposed, in accordance with Article 32 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
