Ecofiber Stone Composite goes far beyond conventional wood plastic composite (WPC). It is made up of three key elements that work together to deliver outstanding physical properties and a positive environmental impact.

01.RISE HUSK

Sustainability at its core

Rice husk is the key ingredient in this composite:

  • Sustainable origin: It is not sourced from deforestation or timber waste. We directly reuse this agricultural by-product, having repurposed more than 5,000,000 kg to date.
  • Unique properties: It provides hardness, acts as a natural fungicide and offers low water absorption – all essential characteristics for high-performance products.
  • Significant proportion: For every 100 parts of PVC (polyvinyl chloride), we add 50 parts of rice husk.

02.LIMESTONE

Strength and resilience

We include crushed limestone – such as marble or aragonite – to ensure:

  • Extreme durability: Improves resistance to impact and bending.
  • Natural protection: Functions as a natural fungicide.
  • Perfect balance: The formulation includes 40 parts of limestone for every 100 parts of PVC.

03. POLYVINYL CHLORIDE (PVC)

Safety and versatility

PVC is the most trusted polymer in the construction industry, and its advantages make it an essential component of Ecofiber Stone Composite:

  • Safe and non-toxic: Used in both medical and food sectors thanks to its purity.
  • Resource efficiency: Just 23% of its composition is derived from petroleum, while 57% comes from sea salt – an abundant and renewable resource.
  • Proven resilience: Perfect for outdoor use due to its durability in harsh weather and resistance to solar radiation.
  • Fire performance: Virtually non-flammable and self-extinguishing – it does not contribute to the spread of fire.
  • 100% recyclable: It can be recycled into new profiles or other products such as pipes, flooring or cladding.
